La Sucursal Restaurant (one Michelin star) is located on the first floor of the museum. It is a comfortable and spacious room with outstanding, modern and cosy design.

La Sucursal offers creative and seasonal cuisine, a constant review of the traditional recipes of Mediterranean cuisine that uses the last cooking techniques. The young Valencian chef Jorge Bretón, who was taught by some of the best chefs in Spain, is in charge of it. Thanks to the activity in the area of culinary research during the last years, the restaurant has been awarded the National Award for Innovation 2008 that the Spanish National Catering Association bestows.

The extensive wine and water lists deserve special mention. The sommelier Manuela Romeralo is in charge of them and has been awarded the Gastronomy National Award for the best sommelier, the Habanosommelier International Contest and the award for the best sommelier of the year according to the Gourmetour 2008-2009 guide among other prizes.
