The course consists of a demonstration and four workshop sessions. The demonstration includes a presentation of traditional Ikebana with special attention to the surroundings of the arrangements. The workshops provide an introduction to Ikebana of the Ikenobo school, with explanations of the basic rules and techniques which the participants will be able to put into practice in the creation of an Ikebana. Spring sensations … Trees, shrubs and flowers help to maintain the harmony of the life cycle. Ikebana is a dialogue with nature. We listen to its subtle language, its message. With Ikebana we express the enchanting beauty of that language.
