Del 01/01/12 al 31/12/12
This programme started in February 2000. The lectures are held on Saturdays at 12pm and last about two hours. The lecturer is Pepe Romero, sculptor and professor at the Fine Arts Faculty of Valencia. There are 25 people maximum in each group and the programme is different every month. The objective is to take the most out of the IVAM exhibitions and to go through a specific knowledge pool addressed to adults who are related to the teaching profession, belong to professional, cultural and social associations or wish to increase their knowledge for personal reasons. The dynamic lectures provide easy-access and direct information which is based on thorough analysis of the works on display and of the concepts organizing them. This analysis suggestively presents the context on which the works were created too, as well as the relations they keep with the rest of contemporary proposals coming from other artistic areas. This is a free activity.
